All products comply with Standards of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran They are designed and manufactured, and any use outside of the instructions will be the responsibility of the consumer.

• All orders are processed and shipped after technical review and final approval by the sales department.

• Nalino Mod is authorized to cancel or edit an order in the event of a system error, inventory discrepancy, or change in the price of raw materials.

• Payment is made only through secure gateways introduced on the site.

• Delivery time is determined based on product type, order volume, and customer geographic location.

• In the event of a delay due to circumstances beyond the company's control (such as transportation disruption, weather conditions, public holidays, etc.), Nalino Mod will not be liable for indirect damages.

• All orders are checked for physical integrity and seals before shipping.

به‌دلیل ماهیت پزشکی و بهداشتی محصولات نالینو، امکان بازگشت یا تعویض کالا پس از خروج از انبار وجود ندارد مگر در صورت اثبات نقص فنی یا ارسال اشتباه.

در صورت تأیید تیم کنترل کیفیت نالینو، مبلغ یا کالای جایگزین طبق توافق به مشتری ارائه می‌شود.

۶. قیمت‌گذاری و پرداخت

• تمامی قیمت‌ها بدون اطلاع قبلی و بر اساس تغییرات بازار مواد اولیه، نرخ ارز و هزینه‌های تولید ممکن است به‌روزرسانی شوند.

• تنها فاکتور رسمی صادرشده از طرف شرکت معتبر بوده و ملاک پرداخت خواهد بود.

• نالینو مد مسئولیتی در قبال پرداخت‌های انجام‌شده خارج از درگاه رسمی ندارد.

۷. حریم خصوصی کاربران

نالینو مد متعهد است اطلاعات شخصی کاربران (مانند نام، شماره تماس، آدرس و…) را محرمانه و صرفاً برای پردازش سفارش‌ها استفاده کند.

هیچ‌گونه اطلاعاتی بدون مجوز قانونی در اختیار اشخاص یا سازمان‌های دیگر قرار نخواهد گرفت.

۸. مسئولیت‌ها و محدودیت‌ها

• کلیه محصولات نالینو برای استفاده در محیط‌های مجاز درمانی طراحی شده‌اند و هرگونه استفاده نادرست یا خارج از دستورالعمل از مسئولیت شرکت خارج است.

• تصاویر و توضیحات درج‌شده در سایت صرفاً برای آشنایی کاربر بوده و ممکن است در جزئیات ظاهری با محصول واقعی تفاوت جزئی داشته باشند.

• نالینو مد هیچ‌گونه تعهدی در قبال خسارات ناشی از نصب، نگهداری یا مصرف نادرست کالا ندارد.

۹. حساب کاربری و امنیت

کاربران موظف‌اند اطلاعات حساب کاربری خود را محرمانه نگهدارند.

هرگونه فعالیت انجام‌شده با حساب کاربری به نام ثبت‌شده در سایت، مسئولیت آن بر عهده کاربر خواهد بود.

۱۰. حل اختلاف و شرایط قانونی

هرگونه اختلاف ناشی از تفسیر یا اجرای مفاد این قوانین در چارچوب مقررات جمهوری اسلامی ایران و از طریق مراجع قضایی تهران بررسی خواهد شد.

۱۱. تغییر در قوانین

نالینو مد حق دارد در هر زمان نسبت به ویرایش، اصلاح یا به‌روزرسانی این قوانین اقدام کند. نسخه جدید از لحظه انتشار در سایت لازم‌الاجرا خواهد بود.
